Yeah kinda weird for Eye Beam to be kickable, especially since you need to cast it fully for the Haste buff.
Design oversight which was not fixed due to sheer laziness.
Eye Beam is, in fact, NOT a spell.
Kicking a dh in the face absolutely makes sense
if eye beam is kickable so should those examples u gave be… but y blizz logic sometimes…
