Hi, it seems that I have a bug with my 2-piece set bonus on my destruction warlock, the Eye Blast effect does not apply at all when I do damage and when I play the demonology the effect triggers very well I would like to know if it is a pobleme with my character or if it is a potential bug because I do not know how to resolve it
I have the same problem!!
The same problem occurs in PvP; eye damage often doesn’t stack. The damage in many situations is almost negligible. I’ve reported this bug several times in-game and even posted about it on the forum and class discord to draw attention
after a blitz, eye blast is 1.8% of my total damage
Eye blast is lower for destro than its for demonology.
Comparing the two values it give me a 0,747 which would equal a 25% downgrade in damage for destro.
As for not applying it could have with you using perhaps shadow burn alot, if you use shadowburn with 2 eyes it would only do 2/3 max damage.
cant really say if it is a bug or not unless we have access to some sort of log of you doing damage and eye blast not doing any damage.
-After doing rotation on target dummy
Still no bug, the only thing that has happen to me is that infernal bolt isnt generating soul shards sometimes.
My only guess is that your target gets 40 + yards from you and thus making the eye blast not target them or you are using a target focus macro on each spell
Oculus damage test. For some reason, damage doesn’t go through if your pet is not attacking the enemy at the time of launching oculus to do eye blast.
- Pet on passive mode but attacking the enemy - Oculus work (minus damage calculation bugs)
- Pet on passive mode and pet stand next to me - Oculus doesn’t work.
- Grimoire of sacrifice doesn’t disable oculus no matter if sacrificed demon had passive mode or not
It’s amazing how a bonus set like this is still so obviously bugged.
I have sent further bug reports on these bugs, I hope they don’t fix everything at the end of the season
