now, im level 114, and i cant do the dungeon so im stuck…

Solo it? or get a group?
The artifact are not really neeeded anymore.

Get to 120 and solo it, you can solo it on mythic. If your doing balance of power quest chain i soloed everything at 120.

The dungeon entrance is in aszuna, you can just walk through the portal to enter the dungeon, same with any dungeon in the game.

Mythic/+ dungeons also function this way, as well as any raids above lfr.

You can’t do legion dungeons without an artifact.

That is new! Of course you can do the legion dungeons without an artifact. Enter the place and kill all.

What I meant is that you can’t queue up for them in Dungeon Finder.
