Now that we’ve gained access to a wider choice of transmog options where we are able to transmog poor and common quality and as well use cross armor types like cloth hat pieces , we are still unable to use leather eyepatches as a cosmetic option on armor type wearers other than leather and the only mail eyepatch mail users get.
I’ve seen multiple requests across the forums and I see no reason for this option to be unavailable to us.

I think the next transmog liberalisation should be to allow Hats and Gloves to be any armour type.
My rogue could wear a cloth hat, my warrior could wear leather gloves.
I know when ever liberalisation for transmog is mentioned people worry that there will be a lot of silly mogs out there. This is an unfounded fear. People want to look cool, they don’t want to look silly (in general, there will always be an exception here or there but not enough to be noticable).
i think monocles cover that part, other than whole costumes, giving leather option to plates for example wouldn’t be fair since it’s a great advantage for leather wearers but if we’re removing all limits then yeah i’d love that
