Faceless Mask of Dark Imagination [unobtainable]

Hey forum,
as it’s stated in the title Faceless Mask of Dark Imagination is apparently unobtainable for me. It’s being stated that in order to obtain it you need to complete Mage Tower objective with any other faceless mask active [killing last boss is not needed] which I’ve done several times with 1,2 & 3 masks active [even did it in party with my friend’s 5 masks]. Yet all of those full clears didn’t yield faceless mask in question. Ticket has been submitted to GM & I’ve been given generic response with links to wowhead regarding raiding, dungeons etc [0 useful information provided regarding this annoyance]. I have a main character with all of 5 masks unlocked yet on this alt I’m sitting with these 3 for more than a month unable to understand why game doesn’t behave in expected way.

Anyone here with similar experience?

P.S. Sorry for poorly structured sentences as English’s not my native.

Full Clear with at least one mask - including boss. Strange that you are not getting it :thinking:

Maybe wait for Orgrimmar and try doing full clear with mask there :thinking:

(It will appear faster than support response anyway)

Oh yeah, 10-15 keys at least have been sunk into trying to get it. Multiple Stormwind & Orgrimar full runs later… still missing Dark Imagination & Pained.

Check your mailbox - you might missed it when looted chests.

And if it’s not autoloot and you missed it - you’ll have to do it on different character.

One of my characters got it mailed because even when I did “loot box” animation it was not looted, and masks were sent on mailbox.

But of course you probably have checked mailbox. if this is the case and full clear with mask on did not give pained nor dark imagination, I would make a ticket. On all cases I have unlocked the masks in SW, I had done 2 mask runs (2 masks I got from orgrimmar, minus the long nigh)

Just tried it again same way as you suggested [with 2 masks from Orgrimar yet without Long Night]. Still nothing. Chests are empty besides low ilvl loot & mementos. This lasts for month and it’s still on going. GMs are “helpful” as ever.

While obviously this can be a bug, did you try opening your bank and all your bags and search “MASK” or another keyword just incase its being dropped somewhere that you didnt realize?

I think it wont drop if you already have it

Been searching trough bags/bank [whole inventory] a lot of times for these last 4-5 weeks. It’s simply not there. Even checked the item restoration thingy just in case if it got deleted by mistake [have no idea if it actually can be deleted] but nope. It’s not there either.

Im afraid things are really bad for you then if you searched many times and checked item restoration…

You have to wait until customer support decide to actually customer support :confused:
