So some of our officers faction changed to allies including me, our gm can’t give us officer rank back since it says that we dont have authenticator attached and yes ofcourse we do, also i have officer rank on my hunter and cant get it on my dk, someone else got some issue?

If you’re getting an error about needed an Authenticator on an account, and already have had one for more than 7 days, please do open a ticket so that our game masters can check this up for you.
We’re having the same issue. One of our officers faction changed to horde, and I cannot give them the officer rank back, because it requires authenticator.
He had the rank just fine right before faction changing, of course, and I can also give the rank to his alliance characters - just not his horde one.
