If I swap the faction with Faction Change token, do I MUST change the race, or can I maintain the old one. For example, if I play Human, and decide to swap him to Horde, to I absolutely have to change him for, let’s say, an Orc, or can I have a Horde Human?
When you buy “Faction Change” service, the icon on your character list will appear to your selected character. When you click on it, it will let you choose any race that you character can faction change to as long as that specific class is available to them. You can’t be a Horde human 
When you faction change you will be offered any race that can be the class that you currently are. So if it’s Warrior, you can be anything 
but it has to be an Alliance race.
Faction change includes choosing a new race.
