I have a problem with changing the faction.
The faction change process ends with an error - please, clear the mail from this character mailbox. But my mailbox is empty.
I read about similar problems with faction change and realm transfer. I mean the character could have invisible mail that could be bugged.
For my part, I have already been waiting for more than 48 hours (in case a letter should come after the completed quest), in addition, I tried to disable all addons and also to repair the client and clear the whole ignore list on my char. All this did not have any effect. Also already made a ticket, but it has not been answered for more than 24 hours, so I decided to write on the forum. If there is an opportunity I will be grateful for the help.

It looks like a game master replied to your ticket recently, if you want to give it another try.

Got same issue at the moment, the ticket wait time says 6 days 20 hours.
The ticket had to be re-opened as it was closed with auto - replay “Try this, read this etc.”
I’m just thinking - Maybe writing here would help speed up the process.
