I just bought a faction change on wotlk classic and when I try to use, I just get a message that an error was encountered and that I should try later. Any help please
It can take up to 24 hours while your payment is processing, try again later.
My payment went trough, I fixed the issue however. It was something to do with naming the character, since my old name was already taken and I guess there was a bug where I coulnt even rename my character. I had to change the name before I even try to do the faction change. Blizzard quality right there 
It should’ve prompted you with “That name is already taken” error instead, hmmm. But case solved D:
