Faction change not working (on remix character)!

Heya!

I recently purchased a faction change token. But when I choose character and click on proceed it says “character is locked”. It is in fact NOT locked as I can log in normally.

It’s a lvl 80 timerunner character. Not sure if we can’t use faction change on those?

Hi Amohn,

This would be an intended restriction for remix characters:

Can't use Faction / Server Change Tokens

Are you trying to use it on a Remix character? If so, that’s working as intended. You would need to convert a Remix character into a standard one (which is currently disabled, and then use service token on that character.

However on 10th of October I managed to race change my Timerunner character from zandalari to panda? what gives?
