Faction change reputation

I have almost reached exalted with The Honorbound and almost revered with all of the BfA factions. If I were to change my character to Alliance would I have to start over from friendly with them?

If you faction changed to Alliance, your character would have exactly the same amount of rep, but with the Alliance factions.

Your Honourbound rep would become 7th Legion rep.
The three Horde zone reps would become the three Allianze zone reps.
Champions of Azeroth rep would stay as it is.
