Faction Change Time?

Hi folks,

I bought a faction change at the ingame shop.
When I log out to my char warband list I see a little icon at the top right corner which says : Faction change \n " Your order is being processed. Please check back later"

How long does it usually take ?
I am a little confused since I did not select a char to apply the faction change to yet.

So its not stucking at converting the char. Its stuck at enabling the faction change to my account I think.

Has anyone done a FC recently and knows whats up ?

I thought it was like an 1 hour max

sometimes if u make a new char and log in out and out it helps but Im not 100% sure

Ive read it can take up to 7 days, in extreme cases, but the average is just an hour or two.
