Yesterday I bought a Faction change token on Retail from the store and the icon at the top became available to be used. I click on it and select my character and I go to the customization changes and after I am done I click accept, it asks me if I am sure and I continue and then nothing happens. I can sit on that window for 30 minutes or more and nothing.
Am I doing something wrong?
The character has his vault open, no mails, no heirlooms equipped, I don’t know if there is anything else I should look out for.
