Why is that in the game but not faction / race change, i cant be the only one thats played the same characters / alts through classic - tbc and now wrath and wouldnt mind changing them up a bit,

My guess is that they will add it in during the Ulduar patch.
It was originally released in September 2nd, 2009 in the US, which was almost a year after Wrath released.
I’ve seen a leak on reddit that faction and race change will come with ulduar.
Obviously nothing confirmed so far so we will see.
