That is not true at all. Both PVP servers had queues then they were locked.
There was no lower pop server at the time. Also at launch there was no way for anyone to know which server would be full, and with only two PVP servers, the most popular server, they both got full.
This guy.
There was no way of telling which servers were locked until getting through the queues. Get down off that high horse, airs getting thin, clearly itâs screwing with your thought process.
A simple way to have solved this wouldâve been to release more servers or just not locked them on the first night. Neither of which wouldâve hurt the game, economy or faction balance.
Better this than all on same faction what will happen if they unlock both sides. If theres no faction balance what is there to do and world will die and it will end up in raid login only until ppl lose interest.
If they realm says âlockedâ - though recently theyâve also added a disclaimer warning if youâve no toon there you cannot create a toon on the realm.
They did release 1 additional realm named PVP Chaos Bolt.
There were 4 realms that were never locked so far. And the worst of it is, after adding the 6th realm some realms are already getting underpopulated so adding more wouldâve been a real bad idea.
On the contrary, see my previous post.
Ahh If I wouldnt be so lazy I would go back and lookfor my postings where people said âBliZZaRd wouLD NeVer Do Thadâ, of course they would, at least when they realize that healthy servers are more important than a few people crying for nothing.
Blizzard, keep going in that direction, and never let the retail-spirit infect your classic development.
