Faction swapping gold through neutral ah and a friend

The recent announcement said that faction swapping gold is now prohibited, however, it also specifies that it only supports in game tools to swap gold

And so, I ask, if I got a Horde friend to post an item for 10k gold on the neutral ah, I bought it on the Alliance, and then said friend transferred me the gold to my Horde toon, would that be allowed within the rules? Is there any official publication regarding this?
