Does this apply in pvp, and how much does it reduce ranged attack range?
In PvE this refers to aggro range, like mind soothe. Pretty sure this effect does nothing in pvp.
Yes, it has no effect for pvp. It’s there as an aggro drop tool, or to sneak past an annoying pack of enemies in any type of PvE.
