I do not know about wife, but she definitely was the spiritual guide he needed to get over the deppresso situation the writers put him in.

I still vote for Sylvanas 
They dropped the ball (storywise) with Anduin after MOP. In WoD he should have been the leader (not us mere heros) so he could have been ready in Legion to assume the mantle of King.
In BFA I’m not sure what he did, that story was a mess anyhow. But he should have been faction leader by then.
I would be too in his position tbqh, never get the “hurr durr he’s such an emo” sentiment, it’s human and makes him more relatable for me.

Well, to my source she is about 36.
But to produce an heir to the throne age doesn’t matter 
And sice he viewed her as her auntie i think both would only as last resort agree in that.

Tess Greymane, Princess Queen of Gilneas. Woud being both Kingdoms more together
Lorna Crowley, daughter of a Gilnean Noble, as noble daughter she wous also brung bith kingdom more clise, but not on the extent as that above
Lucile Waycrest, noble daughter of Hous waycrest of the Kul tiran nobility, last member of the Waycrest dynasty.
Woud bring Stormwund closer to kul tiras and ensure also to continue the waycrest lineage.
Taelia fordragon, she is the daughter of Bolvar who was regent of Stormwind and with that very likely noble-so that makes in Theorie Taelia also a noble daughter.

Nah. They’ve known each other all of five minutes and Anduin has received advice from numerous different characters over the years without anything romantic blossoming between them.
It’d be more beneficial to pair him off with, say, Tess or Taelia. He even has more chemistry and history with Wrathion at this point.
