False chargeback

War within was removed from my account with “charge back”.
PayPal tell me that my payment funds are in Activision Blizzard account, and I have the transaction id.

Support tickets keep telling me to “purchase the game again”.
Why would I pay again, when Activision blizzard already have my money?

Please reinstate my war within, or refund my money.

Payment issues cannot be handled over the forums for privacy reasons. You need to make a ticket about it.
