As in the title, I received a 7 day ban, after appealing I received a reply saying the ban to be lifted, but it wasn’t. Then I received another response with the same response from a different game master but still no ban lifted. It has now been referred to the specialist team who I have been advised will take longer to look into the issue the the time of the ban, which is pretty ridicuolous
Forum staff are not GM’s, let alone on the bans team.
Nor do they permit discussions about account actions on these forums.
Finally, I don’t believe its permissible actually name GM’s on the forums (but i could be wrong on this point).

As per the Code of Conduct, account actions are not to be discussed on Forums.
Should you wish to appeal a penalty, please follow the relevant procedure as described here.
