I didnt receive reward pet “Gerald” once I have completed this achievement.

It’s bugged.
Blizzard have known about this since the partch dropped, because some people completed it on the first day.
They had been sending Gerald to people who raised a ticket in their in-game mail, but according to a member of the Discord this morning, they have stopped doing that. I guess there were too many manual requests coming through.
This was the core message of the response he got to his ticket:
This issue is currently planned to be fixed in a future patch. When the fix will be released the reward will be retroactively provided to you, so do not worry and please be patient.
