No. In fact neither of us is lying. What each of us said was purely subjective. I.e. something that cannot be proven or disproven as neither of us claim what we said to be an objective fact, but rather a differing subjective opinion on the matter.
This of it this way:
I say Bananas are yummy.
He says Bananas are yucky.
Does that mean one of us is lying? No. We just have a different opinion. Can you prove that bananas are either yummy or yucky? Also no, because taste is in the tongue of the taste-er.
