Farming bots INGAME!

i have just discovered a groupe of farming bots, from Hunters to druids.
these are not multiboxesers.
these are farming bots !

Hunters keep spinning around and shooting multishot/barrage like a torret killing mobs, and there are like 3 to 5 of them in diffrent spawn locations with their pets auto fetching loot at the same time.
the actions are being repeated the same way, the same time over and over.

the druids are spamming instant spell on any mob that spawn, then loots overall.

Some of them are players who reply and react with you. but alot of them are Farming bots (MASS GOLD FARMERS, these can be RLMT Website owners)

Location: Gorgrond / Crimson Fen.

would be adviced for a blizzard mod to pay a visit.

I dont know why.
But report them ingame
open a ticket with screenshots
with video’s
stream them

it does not matter. Blizzard does not have the employees to fix the issue or they dont care

This is something many many multiboxers do. Whisper, if they reply, they are not bots. Don’t expect a multiboxer to reply to you on every single character, i usually reply on one.
If that is not enough, report and let Blizzard investigate.
Don’t abuse the report system, someone got banned for it not long ago due to reporting multiboxers as bots.

I miss the simple farming bots from tbc/wotlk era that were basically controlled by macro looping that told it to kill and loot anything that engaged it.
You could throw knifes and even use taunt on them to cause the bots to chase you until they got enganged by something else.
Hillarious spending hours kiting the bots to weird locations and watch as the farmer comes back to check on the progression.
So many angry curses in broken english.

blizzard has the ability to determin a bot from a player.
Besides a multiboxer doesn’t repeat the same movement 100000 time an hour EXACTLY THE SAME ON 1 SINGLE CHARACTER.

Good point. Altough many multiboxers are being banned as bots and it can be annoying to deal with support, Blizzard is lazy to investigate.

Well I just assume that person/multiboxer need to be absolut idiot to bot on open world.I will give u just hint druid hall mission number 25 done in raid 24/7 know as gold mine sience legion.Over 4 years… Nothing is even close to this, Gorgonds is just child play

Yea, bots are insanely stupid and annoying. If you encounter someone who is multiboxing and they are not complete ****holes, the person will most likely be nice to you and won’t tag away kills, wait for you to get the quest.

Yesterday i was farming Drustvar pigs at the WQ area and i even setup a /s macro incase anyone got here, saying “if you need kills for the WQ i will stop, let u tag and help kill mobs”. The gold earned from there is 100% raw, none of it is going on the AH. Then i went to do some raids for some transmogs, mounts.

Now i don’t want to act like this all good person but this is a good example why “ban multiboxing” is just a bad idea. There are so many people who multibox without annoying others. What i would do is change Gathering itself for example, fix the roots of the problems.

Then that multiboxer probably sells gold or something along those lines, report and move on. It doesn’t mean every single multiboxer should have to deal with support because of reports.

I did so, but to be honest I don’t think I should of because if blizzard wants to enable them then who am I to complain about it right?

If you mean gold selling, i highly doubt Blizzard wants to enable gold selling.
If you mean multiboxers thats a completly different story, everyone and their mother can sell gold in the game, no matter if multiboxer or not. Take some boosting communities for example.

Neither would a decent bot. They are made to imitate players, so they most likely have a modest amount of built in variance in their actions - be it random visual stuff like jumping, or randomized delay in ability usage.

I’d rather see open world multibox farming and botting both gone.

Real money transaction .Most of massive multiboxers (gorgrond,mission 25 druid hall) are just seling gold . Most of small multiboxers just use legalized p2w mechanics .And again this is just myth they pay for sub , they use in game gold to pay for token. Avarege multiboxers/ bot in gorgrond mushroom farm earn per person 20k gold/h .

so each multiboxer bot makes 20k gold an hour, assuming he runs 10 hours a day.
that’s 200k a day.
for 30 days.
that is around 6m Gold a month PER MULTIBOX BOT !.
you have any idea how much money this is?
like you’ll pay around 1m for 5 multibox bots monthly membership and end up with 25m Gold that can be sold out in RLMT Websites.
