Spot on with this mini guide. I’d only add make sure to take mining and herbing. You wont get much gold for them these days (well possibly some that are used for mounts…like Ghost Iron from MoP and Khorium from Outland) but farming a node gives you oodles of XP. You can drop/change once you get to 110 (unless your a completionist ofc).

go leatherworking or blacksmithing
upgrade on legion craftable legederys in shadowlands u can craft a level 50 ilvl 127 version of the legion legederys.
and leatherwork can craft like 18 diff legedery peaces for level 60s
blacksmith has like 9 taloing has 9 JC has 2
