Is there a way to unlock Allied Races under a week? And by the way, how do people even get them so fast?
No.
Most people have been playing since the expansion hit so will have already had all the reputation required when the KT/Zandalari came out.

There is probably a way to get certain. Races within a week but not all. When BFA came out I unlocked dark irons within the first 14 days or so. When you factor in the invasions and contract for 7th Legion, and the war front wqs, Iâd say dark irons and mag har can be done in a week.
The rest, maybe not.

Absolutely, Honourbound and 7th legion have three zones of WQs rather than just one. They are very fast to grind.

Give it a month if you want to dedicate yourself to unlocking the allied races. If youre ready to put in at least 2 hours a day and use your time well youll get from neutral to exalted in a month. That means everyday worldquests, weekly islands to 100%, do EVERY incursion and grab the quests needed.
Bring a gun, just in case you need a quick way out.
Fun fact, if you grind one rep so either 7th Legion or Honorbound and unlock the Dark Iron/ Magâhar respectively than a faction change will allow you to unlock the opposite allied race.

Spam WQs, utilize the mission board. For 7th Legion make sure to do the campaign and not miss out on invasions. Also remember to complete the storylines. On my 5th paragon unlock ATM.
