Crossing large areas is a waste of time

Add an option that increases flight speed x2000% after 30 secs of flying

I very much like the current flight speed. Makes the world retain some sense of ‘hugeness’. Atleast in the older zones.

Thought about this whilst in Uldum. I think a 60% buff wouldn’t be too bad, to be honest. It’s not game breaking but it’s enough to make a difference. Make it cost 15k or something and you’re done.

I wouldn’t mind a nitro-boost mount feature to blast you across a great distance with a CD on it or something.

So wormhole generators are fine but we can’t have a warp speed robot spaceship mount to craft with engineering?

Agree, but not for flying mounts. Make ground mount speed 130%. Let the upgrade come along with buying flying at lvl 60.

Flying is fast anyway, since you just fly above everything.

its huge but its gotten to the point where I know the game so well I can go AFK with auto fly on to go make a snack and get back before I made it to the other side of Northrend.

Its nice to have a sense of scale but at the same time if you just want to go from x to z it can take 10 minutes of just waiting something.
Its like a very long loading screen

Mount is fine… They should increase taxi speed or even better~ start teleporting us. Prices are increasing but quality of service is not

How about legendary mounts ? Maybe %500 flying speed if you are lucky to get from a dungeon or raid in shadowlands? Or maybe flying increase to %500 if you have finished the quests in the zone

how about flying speed increases by +10% every 5 seconds of flight, there’s no cap to how high your speed can go & if you fly long enough you will be zooming around the planet so fast that you have no idea where you are each second.

Some time ago I was thinking about a new mount category, travel mounts. They would have a longer cast time (5 seconds or something), but they can fly / travel faster than regular mounts.
