I wanna get to 1600 rating on my rogue, but don’t have that much experience in pvp. What’s the recommended spec? I’m used to playing assassination, but I hear it’s pretty bad in PvP? What about outlaw and sub?
I don’t think assa is bad in PvP it is just worse compared to S1. Both outlaw and sub are very viable for reaching 1600! I would recommend looking at the playstyles of both specs but in my experience sub is really annoying to play in shuffle if you aren’t used to it. So I would recommend outlaw or assa!
Thanks I think I’ll check out outlaw first. I already bought an epic pvp dagger. Can I play outlaw with daggers or should I get other 1H weapons?
You could technically play with only main hand using a sword / fist weapon but for stats I believe 2x fist weapons (for mastery) is the way to go. For that I suggest you look at R1 rogues though since I do not play outlaw myself 
just play sub, its best spec for rog as current and u will definitely gain 1.6 with any spec anyways, i would just play what is best and sub is
while at it take the 1.8 shredder mog from somewhere, u dont want miss rog mog from this season, i hate sub for shuffle but even i endured that fiesta just for this mog, its too nice

Going to go against the grain and say Assa. Gouge healers on cast, don’t forget to use blind. Kidney peoples offensive CDs. Look up a guide how to burst and maintain your damage / SnD etc and it’s smooth
Depends on bracket, assa is ok in 2’s and I guess 3’s / solo shuffle if you aren’t left o fend for yourself, outlaw is great in 2’s , sub isg ood in solo shuffle if you like monkey business
I’d argue for Outlaw. I think it’s better now.

idk according ladders sub is best but he will get 1.8 with any spec tho
i play with sv,arms,eles if i heal and i think all rog specs are kinda dog but i wanted the tmnt shredder mog, its too good, wouldnt push rogue before 10.2 i think its not good or too comp dependant
idk fastest would be maybe if he has mage friend and go spam 2s but i imagine he doesnt as i have neither so i did it shuffles as sub
Outlaw with crafted swords does 50+ k sustain dps and have control of Sub. With Boomy, Ele or Destru it’s extremely deadly. On top of it - has better mobility than Warrior.
well sustain is good in shuffle fiesta thats good, the bracket is who does most dmg and something dies in high dampen after they waited 50min to play it

If you’re new to PVP you might struggle to make sub work. It’s the best but the hardest.
Outlaw is strong but with the right gear which you would probably not have.
Assa is the worst overall but easiest. If that’s waht you’re experienced in, should do the trick
