You know why I’m asking. Any tips?
Get rep tabard. Slay dungeons.
does it work only in level appropriate dungs or all low level dungs too?
All low level ones, The Mechanar in TBC is a good place to farm rep, just go through there a couple times, I think the guild banner helps too.
thanksies x)
The Mechanar is my goto for tabard rep grind.
Get tabard and go either Botanica or Mechanar and spam
Faction change. Your race main faction will automatically get the oppesite factions equall in reputation.
Idk what the alliance equall to Blood elves are though.
But when i unlocket vulpera. I had exalted with the waycrest faction? Whatever that was called back then… When faction changed to the Horde… I had enough rep and where capable to unlock Vulpera.
This weekend is Darkmoon Faire, so an extra 10% for riding the carasel.
All teh TBC dungeons give a lot of rep. Sethek Halls has a mount but only on HC which you can do once a day. You get rep on normal too, so do it once on HC and then spam the others on normal.
When I wanted rep for the Heritage on my Dwarf and Gnome and my Blood Elf I ran Sethek Halls once a day on HC for the mount. You get roughly 2000 rep per run so 20 days if you do it once a day (Not fastest as you want but I did get the mount).
wasnt the exodar the opposite rep of silvermoon
I just did it for the Vulpera unlock but propably yes! Although i can’t say if this works for sure anymore.
But if your alliance and you got reputation gained. It should transfer to any horde equivilant upon faction change.
I just know the drustvar faction did it for me when unlocking Vulpera.
Silvermoon Tabard.
Go to Mechanar.
Takes 3 mins to run if you’re efficient (Paladins are good for it).
2600 rep per run.
Can do it 10 times per hour.
Strangely, not all dungeons work the same with the tabard.
- TBC, Wrath and Cata give you full rep all the time.
- Classic gives you reduced rep (only 25%) if it’s much lower level than you
- MoP gives you full rep, but only for bosses and like half of the mobs… yeah, that doesn’t make any sense, but that’s what it is
- WoD onwards, only bosses give you rep.
So… I think the most fun thing to do actually is to take a tour of TBC / Wrath / Cata dungeons (I think Heroic gives more rep but not 100% sure) and collect a whole bunch of transmog also in the meantime.
Most dungeons give you somewhere between 2000 and 4000, so you can easily get exalted in a few hours.
If you are going for speed, avoid the dungeons where you have to wait for cutscenes and NPC movement (like The Black Morass, Violet Hold, Halls of Stone).
Like the rest said, Mech.
Or, if you want to get Battered Hilt, which is rare and sells well, try pit of saron trash farm on heroic.
