Fate of Argus and the Krokul?

So in the Antorus raid we killed Argus the Unmaker and put him out of his misery. That’s fine and all, but my question is, what happens to the planet after that, now that its soul is dead?

Is it gonna just die with all life on it? If so, what happens to the Krokul who haven’t seem to have left Argus? Or Argus “dying” simply results another Outland situation, which really isn’t that bad, as far as life is concerned? The Krokul might clean up as much of the Legion’s mess as they can, giving them a new purpose.

Also, canonically, is the link between Azeroth and Argus still active, or we can’t access it anymore?

this is the only question i can really answer. idk because we never really get to see a skip wipe as to the fate of argus as the planet.

but for that question: it’s a no. it kind of sealed up after the vindicaar hit 80 miles per hour.

We don’t know what happened to Argus or the Krokul. Quoram (the ‘gatekeeper’ on Mac’Aree) followed the Army of the Light. The Krokul might have done the same but instead of going with Turalyon and Fareeya they followed Lothraxion. He doesn’t appear in BfA so it might stand to reason that he’s out there in the cosmos.

Argus is probably going to remain a scattered, crippled husk; slowly breaking apart and disintegrating in the great dark over thousands of years.

Unfortunately, it still hosts a sizeable demonic population; not to mention serves as a nexus to many other demon worlds.
Unless the demons grow uninterested in Argus following the fall of Sargeras, we would need either millions of soldiers or god-like beings to ever purify that corrupted rock.
