Fate weaver offhand

i am a Mistweaver and i have the fate weaver in my vault. but mw cannot use daggers.

is it on the loot table merely because its an offhand. or does MW spawn another weapon that they can use from consuming it? anyone knows?

for any MW out there i can now confirm that i have summoned a 610 MACE that i can use and its not only a dagger.
