Since I don’t know what trouble you’re having, and you’re in the wrong forum, I’ll give it my best shot.
The Intel whatever tool doesn’t have anything to do with your BIOS as far as I can tell?
I don’t think WoW would ever tell you to update your BIOS either, but if you’re running into frequent crashes and BSOD’s, that’s one of the first places I’d check. Figure out which motherboard you have, get a USB ready, and download it from the manufacturer’s website.
Additionally, look to see if your GPU or CPU drivers are out of date, they may also cause similar issues.
