Favorite Lines

What is your all time WoW favorite line? Mine is:
‘‘In the end death claims us all.’’ and ‘‘Let them come frostmourne hungers.’’

“YESS! YES I SEE IT! I CAN SEE… The END!”

I’m a simple dwarf, I don’t go in for all this hero worship… so “keep yer feet on the ground” spoken by many of my dwarf friends, but most especially and ironically by dwarf flight masters is my favourite and always make me smile.

So in your case my favorite line should be '‘meeee’'since i am a simple goat

”There is no good. No evil. No light. There is only POWAH!”

You do you!

Mine has added poignancy anyway, since it was the last words my dear departed wife said to me shortly before her fatal and tragic windmill “accident”.

The Eredar are no strangers to war. Are you so eager to meet your end?
Your existence, without purpose.
Does it hurt, being so powerless?

“Now the Devils have Taken Suramar. And by the curse of the Nightwell I am damned to wither away. As my… city… burns.”
Thalyssra is the best character ever.

“The air itself freezes with the introduction of our next combatant: @$#%&*! Kill or be killed, champions!”

I loved her in Legion, until she betrayed us.

Pfft, “betrayal” is such a strong word.
I prefer… “chose the right side of history”

You now stand, upon the hallowed Ground of the Scourge. The light won’t protect you here Paladin. NOTHING will protect you.

So how do you call a situation where somebody saves you, feeds you, gives you back your city, saves your people, defeats your main villain and usurper and you in return decide to go and murder them and burn their cities full of inocent people.

Thalyssra is the dumbest character wow has ever known.

I love the lines of Lady Waycrest when running Waycrest Manor. My favorite though:

I can tell by your dull expressions that in your corner of the world, the concept of a home not made of dung is likely new and exciting.

I call it smart.

The Horde helped them mainly, this is explicitly stated, the Blood Elves were incredibly diplomatic through the entire Suramar campaign, and even after the campaign. Reminder that Tyrande says in a world quest to “rile up the civilians so less of her own people have to die”, basically saying “I dont want my soldiers dying so rile up a citizens militia to be cannon fodder”, Tyrande was openly hateful to the Nightborne, and asked if Thalyssra would be the next Azshara, the equivalent of saying “Will you be the next hitler?” in this universe. Liadrin and Lor’themar kept on good terms with the Nightborne meanwhile.
Tyrande and her Night Elves barely helped and if they had the choice, wouldn’t have helped at all, I can guarantee that.
Why did the Lightforged join the Alliance? The Horde helped them more than the Alliance helped the Nightborne. And with mechagnomes the two sides helped equally in fact, they ended up joining the Alliance too.
I think you might just be upset that Lor’thechad Theron stole your Nightborne waifu.

I’m not going to go down the overly aggressive route taken above by another poster, neither do I want to derail this thread, and I hear what you’re saying. But from an Alliance player’s perspective, rather than an Alliance leader, I was disappointed Blizz decided to wholly ally them with Horde, particularly given the actions of said players in Suramar. I knew it was inevitable, but I was really hoping for a more nuanced approach to their loyalties.

Ra-ak! Trinkets, yes. Pretty trinkets! Ak! Power, great power.

I speak for da horde! I loved when vol’jin said that at the end of siege. Shame his speaking for the horde didn’t last long, one of my favourite characters.
