Favorite NPC race or creature?

Of all the NPC races and creatures out in WoW are there any that stand out to you guys?

Personally I really like the Voldunai and Sethrak right now, two unique races in one zone seems super cool.

Also, I didn’t find out for like 10 years that gnolls are human-hyenas. Now I’m starting to wonder what kobolds are meant to be :thinking:

Kobolds are just abominations.

Sethrak are my favourite!

Murlocs and Shetteck for me. The Shetteck striked me as so mysterious in TBC and their colour palette never has worn off for me.

The Sethrak are cool and wicked at the same time, and they are handy too with all that lightning stuff and swarming killer tactics.
Very hard to fight your way through a big pack of them, even well geared.

Murlocs are one if the most iconic creatures together with kobolds and gnolls :slight_smile:

btw Gnolls and Kobolds should be priority in the upgrading list.

I really like the naga, and the battlemaiden questline in Vashir has always made me wanting a third faction with nagas in it :star_struck:

I liked dragonspawns aka dragon-centaurs. But, they really need new models…

Of all unplayable races, Arakkoa and Naga are my favourites by far. I was always curious about Naga since Warcraft 3 & Frozen Throne, but so far we’ve almost always had them as enemies. As for Arakkoa, both corrupted and uncorrupted ones are interesting, I like their lore and how their story progressed in TBC and WoD (with WoD story shedding some light on how they used to be before TBC).

I’d love to have both as playable races but that’s pretty much impossible since Naga wouldn’t be able to use mounts and lack a lot of animations, and chances of playable Arakkoa also look nearly impossible since their model is used for Zandalari moonkin forms.
