Feather of the Moonspirit

So probably a stupid question. I never got around to getting the Feather of the Moonspirit for Feral Appearance.

From what I gathered you need Artifact Knowledge 4 which is not possible to do anymore since Legion ended.

Does that mean that new characters that never got to do that have no chance of getting the Feather ?

Or is anyone who has the Fangs artifact weapon unlocked eligible for the screeches in the Dreamwalk to get the Owl stones ?

Sorry if this is well known but I couldn’t find info on this anywhere as to how it works post Legion.

The needing artifact knowledge has been removed, you can still get it.

Just don’t log out in the dreamway, that messes up the screeches.

Thanks, are there any other requirements? Some say you need the Grow-main questline completed which I did.

I haven’t done anything from the druid order hall campaign except the artifact quests.

I’ve yet to see any screech emotes in the dreamway.

According to a comment on Wowhead, no you do not need to complete the class order hall.

Also, some people seem to have had really bad luck with the screeches (some waiting up to 4 months to get their last one).

There’s a macro on the Feather of the Moonspirit page that checks if you’ll get a screech;

Hmm ok, I already tried those macro’s but they didn’t work until I tried them again now. Seems like I do get true for the daily dreamway roll, still haven’t received the screech emote while there.

Guess I have to check each day for the emotes until it happens.
