Hi Folks,
I have reported a known hack / bug to WoW for the best part of the last year since I came back to the game and its still not fixed.
My concern is that I feel like Im wasting my time raising the issue because nothing is being done about it.
Can anyone confirm that the report bug functionality of their support site is working?

Some bugs exist for years, others are more easily fixed.
They will also have their own system of what is or isn’t a priority.
Something that can easily be replicated is simpler to fix than something they can’t.

I dont mind long standing bugs that are trivial, however this particular bug is a hack, which is ruining game play. I see it all the time and players are exploiting it. I’ve honestly reported it probably 50 times or so over the past year but im thinking its either being ignored or the report functionality isnt working.
Just for info, its very easy to replicate and they know it.
Why would they not fix it? I mean, its a hack and an exploit (caused by a bug).
I don’t get it. They ask you to report these things but seriously, what is the point when they dont get fixed?
If it’s an exploit that is bad news.
To report cheating in WoW you can either click on the character’s name/profile and hit report or use the email address
I think that functionality isnt working either. Ive used that upteen times as well however the same players are still roaming around and playing.
I honestly feel like this whole reporting malarky is a piss take and isnt real.
It’s automated and needs a certain amount of players reporting it in a certain time frame to trigger.
I really wish people would stop calling it a hack.
Most of the people who cheat in games have no understanding of how to hack period, they even have trouble with their own native language, to learn a computer based language.
They are just cheaters, exploiters and my favourite, script kiddies!
if that is true then its a fail. I suppose I could write an automated script to spam the support … would that work?
