First,
let me start by saying “Thank you” to everyone who attended our little Vulpera Festival.
I was extremely nervous about how this would go, but the amount of people that showed up, really, thank you.
I’d like to use this thread to collect feedback about the event.
If you attended, please let me know what you liked, what you didn’t like or things you missed or would see different.
I know I originally planned 4 days, but this was a bit overzealous, and just not feasible.
But given the attendance and interest, I’d like to make this a regular thing, and organise more specific events based on lore/topics related to the Vulpera culture.
So, please, write away on how you experienced the festival, and what I can do to improve it and other events.

My first intention was to write: More than one day! But it is exhausting as a host and a task for participants alike.
I could imagine splitting all the ideas you had for the four days into separate events that you can host throughout a year, be it monthly, every other month…whatever comes to mind or works well, just something that brings continuity to Vulpera themed roleplay. I guess a variety in activities is a great idea so things don’t get dull.
I enjoyed seeing so many Vulpera in one place!

I say it was handled pretty well. Of course there are various factors that play into the entire experience as well. Yeah it is a bit of a pity that it got cut down to just a single day, but, real life always comes first and dictates the course of such occasions. But in this regard I have one guild related thing to say: Do not be afraid to approach me and Kaneevo, Keento. Or even your other guild members. I am certain we can help you out with such big events as well, and, may even take over one or another event of such big celebrations so you can in turn sit down and enjoy instead having to DM every single planned action.
Other than that? As said I think it went really well. There was some unexpected occurance with outside players attempting to interfere with the occasions, albeit, fortunately they behaved and were rather just “poking” instead stealing the show entirely. I don’t know what happened in this regard, whether you whispered them in private, telling them your opinion, but I am certain you did the right thing in this regard.
So this is my piece of mind.
And as Chaermi above me stated, I too love occasions where many Vulpera can gather.
