Feedback from CN Rogue

Lucky Owl from CN wanted to share some talent feedback (All feedback isn’t mine):

Base Rogue Talent Tree:

They think Shadowheart is still almost useless, could do with something more interesting or more significant leech value, but didn’t specify what.

Stillshroud could be updated to include the effect of ‘Leaving its area no longer cancels the effect’ taking from the Shrouded in Darkness talent from sub, and updating or deleting the sub Shrouded in Darkness talent.

Thistle tea should be updated to give a % of mastery as a passive effect, and the active effect would be the energy restoration component only (mastery % increase would be smaller, but consistent throughout rather than tied to a short duration with thistle tea).

They think the PVP talents: Dagger in the Dark and Death from Above should be improved to be more valuable/stronger, but didn’t specify how to make these improvements.

Outlaw Talents:

Outlaw mastery updated to be:
Increases damage of CP generating abilities by XX% and Auto-Attack by XX%
Also make changes to talents originally affecting main gauche to do something else, and delete ambidexterity.

Roll the Bones:
Make it give 2 random combat enhancements (RTB buffs) by default instead of 1 (loaded dice would give 3 instead of 2 for example). Nerf the RTB buffs to compensate, reduce CD of RTB from 45 to 40 seconds.
Make adjustments to Loaded Dice and Sleight of Hand and Count the odds to compensate.

Update Dirty Tricks to be more meaningful, didn’t specify how.

Update Killing Spree to summon clones/blades to attack for you, rather than the player being locked out of action for 2-3seconds. So the player can continue to play the game, and be positioned safely without any forced movements or teleportation.

Remove Underhanded Upper Hand

Summarily Dispatched changed to:

When all finishing moves consume 5 or more combo points, Dispatch deals X% increased damage and costs 5 less energy for 15seconds. Max 3 stacks. Adding stack does not refresh the duration.
Suggested X% to be 8%.

Change Keep it Rolling into a passive talent, but didn’t specify what it should do as a passive…

PVP talent Boarding Party, make numerical improvements to it, or make it better in a different way, didn’t specify.

Balancing would be needed to compensate for the removal of UHUH…
