“The very existence of pool party queues to manipulate the brackets creates thousands of games where Horde are NOT encountering well geared premades. This contradicts your point by it’s very definition.”
that isnt how pool boosting works, you create a level 1 account, go to a GY and group with a hunter who is killing a horde level 10 for 10 HKS then delete the char and do it all over again. you do not join bgs to get kills. once again, you have proven you have no idea what you are talking about
This variant of Pool boosting quickly died out once people got hit with 6 month bans for ToS violations.
Please do keep up.
thats hilarious, because servers were using bots to do it even up until the final week of classic.
Like i said, you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.
Citations, Which servers.
Automated exploiting was basically a guaranteed ToS vacation.
"Following further review, we’ve decided to wait to address this issue. The change announced for this week will not be implemented.
We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve developed a solution to the issue of non-existent characters being counted, that conforms with the great deal of feedback we’ve received."
the were going to patch it and not count deleted char to the pools but the reverted it a week after. this was 10 months into classic.
please do keep up.
Yes they never patched it, They instead banned people for ToS violations.
Threads all over this forum/reddit and they were consistently present throughout the Classic lifespan run.
Do please keep up and at least pretend you have any idea what you’re talking about.
they banned bots for doing it, not players. keep trying bro.
Nope, Many top bracket players were banned for manual exploiting of the system. It eventually just became safer to have multiple alts in the pool.
You keep coming and keep missing. Do better.
yes, keep trying
you are aware the weeks before the pool boosting hotfix they banned multiboxing which is why all these “top bracket players” were banned.
We all know blizzard is a bad company, but there not going to start banning people without announcing that its against the rules.
It’s in the ToS, You agree to the ToS when you create the account.
If they make changes to the ToS they have to inform you but these things were already present and have been for years.
Come on my guy, Keep up.
its honestly hilarious how right you think you are. there is nothing about pool boosting in the ToS, maybe you should look yourself instead of reading the first line of a reddit thread.
Here is the EULA as of June 1st.
Please cite the part of the EULA that mentions Battleground Non-Participation (Which they most definitely do ban for).
Spoiler Alert : It doesn’t mention it because it’s intentionally vaguely worded so they can take whatever action they want against your account without ever having to give you a reason.
I just want to see some kind of action by Blizzard to fix the faction imbalance. This will fix all problems. They have done nothing in the past and are doing worse now.
Won’t happen unless it’s an issue that affects Horde.
Me and everyone who I have been talking to love this new change. People are doing PvP for the first time in years because the queues are instantaneous. It used to be a one hour queue and now it’s often less then one minute.
Summary: This new system is not a fix of the root issue, just fixing the symptoms. It’s a crutch. In long time perspective it’ll completely ruin the game as RVR.
Issues I see so far:
- There is no sense to play as Alliance anymore. Why somebody should bother to level up a draenei Shaman comparing to orc racials? Being gunked all the way to 70 for what?
- Lacking of new blood + rerolls for Horde will decrease Alliance population even more. It will have the snowball effect.
- All BG except AV put Alliance pug players against premade groups. All of them, every time. It’s impossible to continue as a casual Alliance PVP player.
- This decision is unfair. People who made bad choices and caused all the problems - are rewarded. People who selected a minor faction knowing about all downsides, trying not to increase disbalance - are punished.
you see, your words. keep trying, maybe one day you will be right.
All your points are the same lol, no i picked horde to play with friends not because of “op racials”. So we deserve to sit 2 hours in a pvp que? make sense right. lol
Thanks for the change! having the best time in Classic TBC so far doing bgs havent really been able to do any until now but been having very fun so i wish this stays. Best change so far!
I have no clue what you all talking about beeing ganked on the way to 70. I boosted 2 weeks ago a Human warlock and got him 1 week later with open world questin to 70. I didnt get ganked more as 5 times while it. And the server is by far more Horde as Alliance. No idea in which Servers this perma ganking really happens but im pretty sure the most PvP servers dont have this problem as hard you all seems to feel it. And in PvE server where the most Alliance is sitting has such problems anyway not.
