No, I’m claiming that when i ranked in pugs there was a clear 8 out of 10 average games I played against alliance premades.
You are the person claiming to speak with the numbers across the region stating that it is mathematically impossible or am i missing something?
surly you cannot be this slow.
I’m aware of what you’re claiming.
I’m telling you, You are either exaggerating or you are lying. If there truly were as many Pre-mades as you claimed ranking brackets would have been utter chaos and no one would have gotten the R14 they paid for.
you are aware of what pool boosting is right?
Really enjoy jumping on and being able to participate in PvP. I love that now.
However 2 things I think need looking at:
1: PUG’s. I haven’t won against one in 4 days of straight PvP’ing. I really don’t enjoy teaming up against a group of anything between 5-15 players. Even if you remove raids being able to queue, there will be addon’s that allow this to happen.
2: Honor rates. After farming for those 4 days straight, I’ve got several marks and daily Q’s completed, but I’m still 3.5k honor away from a PvP trinket. As a healer, it’s quite miserable being killed by a stunlock. Not a problem usually, but I can’t arena without one considering rogues are everywhere.
BG participants on my team seem very happy with the queue times nonetheless.
Fully aware yes, I quite literally asked you to tell me who was running and organizing it on your server and you wouldn’t tell me.
and how some server boosted there pools by the 10s of thousands
and EVERY 334 characters that were used to boost the pools would create 1 slot in bracket 1.
Fully aware, You got your necessary HKs then let Horde win to get the game over as fast as humanly possible.
This does not create further pre-made groups going for wins.
And why did your friends / guildies play Horde? It’s a snowball effect which has its origin in Horde having better racials. Your friends might’ve started to play Horde because some of their friends were Horde, and they in turn started because they followed cool guilds who rolled Horde because of racials.
You can’t tell me that Horde is just organically the more likeable faction on the character creation screen.
no, but it disproves your idiocy that brackets would have been chaos and further proves how much you have no idea what you are talking about.
Of course it would have been chaos, Competing premade groups are bad for everyone especially when someone isn’t happy or doesn’t feel like following the bracket caps.
The very existence of pool party queues to manipulate the brackets creates thousands of games where Horde are NOT encountering well geared premades. This contradicts your point by it’s very definition.
This was the most fun I had in PvP classic (both TBC and Vanilla)
At least I don’t queue for a League ranked game anymore as I wait for the previous horrendous queues, (I climbed 2 elo brackets in a game that I haven’t played in 10 years just to fill up time in between queues NOKAPP). However the -|Premade vs Pug|- seems a bit unfair, aside from that, best pvp in ages, thank you <3
Yea it is possible you are a fool. Look a premade win a game in 8 min queue again get the next hordy pug to rush over. Due the low amount of alliance the premades did hit the horde even harder because they could do so much more games as the few pugs.
Been playing with it since Friday. It’s been an amazing experience to be able to play battlegrounds and farm my PvP pieces without having to wait for 80+ minute queues. It used to be so aggravating to wait that long only to run into Alliance premades and maybe get 50-100 honor at best.
The PvP aspect of the game, especially Arena, has now become far more accessible for casual Horde players now that they have the opportunity to gear up.
Amazing change.
You really trying to tell me in the average Horde vs Alliance Pug game Horde didn’t steam roll Alliance in under 10 minutes?
Yes thats how it is. And to be serious befor was average 15 eos open at same time now its 200 can you see how much horde fills? And for sure not all of them did premade befor due the queue times it was just possible for hardgrinders. But i know atleast 7 out of this 15 was filled with alliance premades while alliances had a very big pool to get alot pug also. Anyway i dont like this horde vs horde because of the mask the confusion and i never liked premade vs pugs. Yes queue times need to be reduced but no one need instant also no one need premade vs pugs beside bad premades. Bgs should be about fun and not grind honor only.
You most definitely did not participate in BG content in classic if you really believe the average Alliance pug was able to draw out an AB/WSG longer than 10 minutes against Horde Pugs.
Even if pug and premades both did need 5 seconds. The pool was so much smaller and from percent much more filled with premades due it. And please we dont talk about first weeks of ranking system and where everyone did dream from rank14 there was more premades but after 2 months around most premades disbanded due queue times or because they anyway had deals with their servers other top bracket players for a max honor lol
Even as far as Phase 5 there was still an incredibly healthy queue of casual Alliance players in BGs, especially AVs.
If it truly was as bad as you say, The Horde Queue times would have been much worse than they were.
The horde queue time was always bad but got with tbcc to a completly joke and i can tell you there was even vs pugs a average bg 25-30min while premade was 8 god yes the premades even did help to not create a 6 hour queue for horde but for which price 1 hour queue insta lose?
