Working on the Loremaster achievement as a level 60, the Soft Foam Sword toy is very important. Thank you for adding it. My suggestion is however to reduce the cast time by atleast 50%. This is due to the fact that there are a lot of quests with neutral mobs that I need to get to 20% health or less and well… With the cast time as it is now, they walk away before I get to knock em with the sword. If they walk out of range while I cast, it will be unsuccessful.

Don’t hunters have an ability that will pull an enemy without doing any damage? Most melees can taunt and that can help. I’m not sure if slow trap does any damage, but that should help you.
Otherwise I agree. In fact, probably make it instant cast.
Unfortunately none at Blizzard but community management people are going to read this, and they are too lazy to forward anything to the actual devs and decision makers. You are better off copy-pasting this to the in-game feedback form in the customer support window.
