Feeling rather cheated

Is anyone else feeling rather cheated after finding out 8.1 will have a staggered release?

I mean the expansion launched and were told the about allied races and then we find out they are coming out next year.

Then we are told 8.1 will have new azerite traits and an additional ring and a vendor…which ofc comes out next year not with the initial 8.1 launch.

So far this game just feels like wait a few months, and a few more and then just a few more. It’ll get better keep paying in the meantime. :sweat_smile:

Not really gateing /staggered content has happened for a long while now im used to it sadly prime example is Suramar in Legion.

True, i was so burnt out by suramar, i stopped playing legion all together lol feeling the similar pangs right now, i was looking foward to 8.1 but it’s more waiting

so what exactly do we get with 8.1 then lol..

I thought it would deliver some improvement and fixes but I guess its gonna be 1 new quest and few new WQs -.-

I remember when i came back in legion, I quit 2 weeks after nighthold LFR got opened simply because there was no actual content to play and I didnt have closer friends to play with (still dont LMAO). so would be funny if i’d quit again due to same reason.

Exactly !!! it’s all exhausting, specially when playing alone…tbh making a guild was the best thing i’ve ever done, may not be big but i do fun stuff with friends :P…

as for friends HMU anytime !!!

They’ve been doing it in a really poor way for a long time.

If anyone remembers thundering isles in MoP, that’s how you spread out your content. Not what they have been doing since the end of WoD where they just cut quest chains off at really weird moments and tell you to come next week.

Blizzard patches don’t have a lot of world quest content to be honest and well, what little they have they are spreading as thin as possible.

Only logged in a couple of times in the last two weeks, was waiting for some new stuff to come in 8.1 but we are pretty much getting nothing then?

Just thinking about wow makes me annoyed at this point, but i can’t stop looking around on the forums/reddit/wowhead for some kind of hope for this game.
I always get disappointed tho :frowning:

Pretty much sums up my current experience :frowning: like i keep holding onto hope… any bits of news or anything lmao, i guess i’ll grow out of it soon.

To the best of my knowledge 8.1 only brings new island expeditions and a warfront along with some class balancing.

Not exactly bursting with content.

Kind of.

8.2 appears to have so much content though it’s over whelming.

The wait from the launch patch for content upto the 8.1 patch is rather stretched.

We got a glorified Beta sold as a full game with BFA and now after 17 WEEKS we finaly get the fixes that will make the game like it should have been at launch, and Blizzard still has the balls to timegate it… Yeah, they took more than 4 month to fix the mess they made by releasing the game totaly unfinished, and they still delay it more…

Honestly, I will try the Warfronts and heroic Warfronts, and if they are not really really really good, I am gone for good…

Will we even get the currency system for high tier gear? Don’t think I’ve logged in for 2 weeks because I got so disheartened by lack of ability to target anything from m+…
