Feels like GM's aren't here for the players anymore

We all noticed the wanted service of GM’s we seek has decreased to a point it doesn’t excist.

There is 0 effort in handling tickets. You always get a quick respond which just says “no, we can’t do that”.

While we as the player base have to accept everything. Undermine that’s lagging out for the last 2 weeks. Un-announced server shutdowns during your high key (which doesn’t get restored or anything.)
It doesn’t matter if the player can help it or not, we are always the one that have to accept their faith with nothing in return. No, we even pay for those moment with our subscribtions evenvduring the times they boot you off the server with a 15min ingame announcement.

Eventually when the moment comes that you screwed up, or need their assistance. You end up with #1 a automated reply that says close to nothing solution wise.
#2 a straight up “We can’t do that”.

I guess I’m just disappointed that we once were handled as costumers instead of a moneymilkcow as it seems now.

I’ve had mixed results through the years, and usually I would have to reopen the ticket to get a different and a more helpful game master, but yeah lately everything seems much more difficult. Once I even had to send an email with my issue to the head manager of customer services, only then did I get the help I needed.

A tip I read recently which seems to work is to put all your tickets under the “Payment Issue” category, this ensures you reach an actual person instead of AI, which greatly increase your chance to resolve your issue.
