Feels like the first time - Quest bugged?

So, in this quest I get ported to Gnomeregan…

And the quest simply says… “Wait for Andante to help restore your personal timeline”.

Ok… but… nothing happens? What am I suppose to do?
I ended up just heartstoning and going back to the questgiver. But nothing happens there.
So I abandoned the quest, did it again. But the same results…

I guess something else is suppose to happen here?

EDIT:
Ok, here is what you need to do as a Gnome.
Fly to the DWARF starting zone, and the portal will appear…

Just to say to peeps you can take the lift from further on from where the quest leaves you,
face the entrance to gnomeran ie city and starting zone and go to one of the circles to the right , ie starting zone as Deffan mentioned.
quest was still bugged last night, but he will appear in the starting zone.
