CD reduction changing from fiery brand to fel devastation. Do you think this is a nerf or a buff?
Buff immo this is not rlly a nerf tbh fel defender gives you 10 sec reduced cd on fiery brand changed to fel devastation buff immo.
I’m pretty new to the Veng DH tanking scene in SL, and tbh it feels already pretty nice even with the change coming. Though i’m not sure if it’s because I play the FS build and attached legendary however…
It’s a big buff
