I’d say it’s about some players wanting to keep to the superhero body proportions for male and female characters, in which the masculine and feminine attributes are tuned up to 200%. I think it’s a good change and welcome diversity that regardless of what gender the dracthyr identify as, they can be varying degrees of mesomorph / ectomorph. Calling body type 2 as woman only isn’t seen as embracing this diversity in which it’s fine for male characters to be portrayed as slender/lean too.

Unless you’re RPing an ultra traditional warband of Sentinels, Wardens or Priestesses of Elune, it does seem a little odd; especially, in my opinion, since such women-only spaces IRL exist as a defense against something that doesn’t exist in WoW - misogyny

I’ve yet to find any conclusive examples in the lore of insults, demeaning treatments etc against female characters that use the same prejudice and vocabulary as misogyny does IRL. And I love it. It’s very relaxing (especially as a woman) to be immersed in a world that has its problems, but not ours

All and all, yep, lil’ bizarre to specifically be looking for women-only guilds (especially since some characters are guaranteed to have male players behind them); probably harmless, let’s hope >>
