In days gone by there were Night Elf sentinel ones but I’ve never seen one for the other races who locked off genders like that.

Sisters of Steel (granted, RPG lore and less well known).

This sounds hella sus to look for a Fem only…But idk about alliance but you have the serpent sisterhood on Horde and the Eternal Sisterhood on horde. Unsure if ES is fem only though. ( Wrote this on phone so bad grammar)

It’s the Sorcerers’ League, the only female units they had were the sorceress. In Reforged they are also replaced by the Alliance Defenders.
