Female undead character still have a problem crossing rhe steps in the Classic Scarlet Monastery and some other places, including the steps leading to UC throne room. Players reported this issue at the start of WOW Classic and now three years later nothing has changed.
I don’t know what the provlem is - the steps or undead female model, but id definetely should be fixed!
A fair amount of things that’d functionally have to be considered bugs are in WoW/TBC Classic to preserve the authenticity of the game experience - in other words, if something was broken back in 2004-2007 there is a chance that it is now intentionally again behaving so for that very reason.
With that in mind: this does sound like something that may need fixing, and the correct way to submit a bug report is described here - closing this thread.
