Feral apex talents

I get that the apex talents are the new shiny thing, but the final node of the feral apex talents, besides empowering the passive ability it grants, the final line of the node says "Rip and unseen attack damage increased by 30%

If this goes live, the apex talent node isn’t a choice, it’s a MANDATORY 4 talent point sink, Rip makes up some 30-40% of a ferals damage profile, and with them wanting to make bleed spinning even more important in Midnight, it could probably make up more

A 30% dmg bump on say 50% of our overall damage is 15% GLOBAL DAMAGE increase, this talent point will be NON-NEGOTIABLE come midnight, i thought we were suppose to be able to choose? This is not a choice, choosing to lose 15% raw throughput is not a choice at all

Same for all classes, apex talents are just mandatory.

Lots of apex talents have damage components, but it is a tertiary effect, like some bonus to a proc, or some new twist to a spell

Ferals apex talent was this “hidden attack” thing.

But then they just slapped RIP DOES 30% MORE DMG FLAT on the final node

Regardless of if the actual ability, the random shadow cats showing up doing damage is good or not, you HAVE to take all 4 nodes, because a FLAT 30% DMG TO RIP is non negotiable
