A 30% dmg bump on say 50% of our overall damage is 15% GLOBAL DAMAGE increase, this talent point will be NON-NEGOTIABLE come midnight, i thought we were suppose to be able to choose? This is not a choice, choosing to lose 15% raw throughput is not a choice at all
