Is there a reason why rip and rake are ticking for 12k in pvp? That’s 1.2% of someone HP per tick. HAHA what a joke. Bleeds were ticking for nearly this much 2 full seasons ago, when ppl had way way less hp. What happened? And bites now only hitting for 120k on avg non-crit.
I’d like to hear a sensible explanation for this.
