We keep getting boned on being the only spec who cannot get the old tmogs, even balance got all the glyph forms etc. Would you please allow ferals to get the old forms from the artifact, even if it is in a different color scheme.

you still can get most of the legion cat skins, only the neon version is exclusive to the legion players, google āferal artifact weapon skinsā

Shouldnāt have made forms exclusive to the mage tower in the first place tbh.

The form is a standard one. Itās the MT colours with the glow effect that are special.
The argument Iāve seen for the ānewā bear form (and against giving feral anything) is that itās a recolour of the form that was unique to MT. The response to this would surely be to give feral a MT recolour of the owlcat form, which is unique to Legion (itās the hidden artifact form).
Iāve said in the past that they should keep their word on MT forms and not make them available again, but the new availability of previously ānever to be seen againā mounts is forcing me to rethink this. If theyāre doing it with mounts, they should do it with everything, and that includes all MT druid forms.

I have no idea if it is the same thing, but you can get an owlcat form these days. I have no idea how I unlocked it, but I have a blackānāwhite owlcat form from the barbershop. I noticed it after I recently completed my balance of power questline for the bearform. Could be a recolour, I honestly have no idea, all I know is I got one and barely played druid in Legion.
Itās the hidden Legion artifact form, as I said. Itās still available and anyone can get it.
Iām sorry, I donāt think I properly understand you. I thought you meant the owlcat form was unique to Legion and they should give a recolour of that. Itās probably me not being clear, so Iāll try again.
We talk about druid forms a lot, but most of the time what weāre referring to are recolours of a few basic forms. If you look at the artifact weapon pages for feral and guardian on Wowhead, you can see that they are mostly based on the same form with some minor variations and colour changes.
During Legion, 2 unique forms were introduced that looked distinctly different from the others, and those were the owlcat and werebear. The owlcat form is the āhiddenā artifact form for feral, and is still available for any druid player to get. The werebear was only available through the MT - you had to get it before the MT went away or it was lost āforeverā.
Itās been a while since Legion now, and Blizz responded to repeated requests from players to make the forms available again by creating a recolour of the werebear form (felbear) and making it available when the MT was re-released. But they didnāt do anything for feral.
The argument was that guardian players who had missed out in Legion were being denied access to a truly unique form, but feral players only missed out on a recolour. What Blizz chose to ignore is how attractive and desirable that recolour is. My suggestion was to make a version of the owlcat (unique form, also from Legion) with the MT effect as a new and special cat form that would be somewhat equivalent to the new and special bear form.
But, like I said, now that theyāre making old mounts available again (like Tyraelās Charger, which I paid over ā¬150 for - literally; I wasnāt able to play during MoP for RL reasons so I ended up paying a yearās subscription for a damn mount), itās probably time they started bringing back other things that were promoted at the time as ānever to be available againā.
Its a long shot but wouldnāt it be nice if we can āwearā some of our gear in cat form like the old Incarn form or now with the new Dracthyr race where you can wear like shoulders? That would be nice and they can keep the MT skins locked away.
I prefer the skins, tbh.
Honestly Iāve stopped using the MT kitty skin, it was incredibly easy to get, heck I did it first try without drums (I did get lucky with the legos though) and I had crap gear.
It looks good when your not stealthing but the difference between prowling and normal isnt much, its quite easy to not notice youāve been knocked out of prowl in it.
Without Luffas it was a decent challenge, not too big, not too small. With Luffas it was a joke.

I could live with your suggestion, was kind of disappointed that colour scheme was no longer available.
As far as Iām concerned, many expansions have their unique tmogs that arenāt available anymore and are exclusive to the people who played the expansion. Pandaria class armors, Draenor weapon skins, Legion MT artefacts, etc.
Yes, itās sad these arenāt available for the new players but hey, what was the song? The world is not enough? 
Ye but considering Ferals donāt have much customization choice to begin with I wouldnāt mind if they open it for all.
Druid forms lessen the number of possible tmogs in general, but I guess thatās the classā feature. Just look at boomkins and their fatty feather-covered butts
